We offer free & easy returns! You may return your item/s within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. International orders are not eligible for a return, all sales are final.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us via email at company@daychainz.com with the following information:
We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned item. Please note: returns must have all of the original packaging (box, velvet insert, pouch, plastic bag with product label and chains/bracelets) for it to be valid. Only one return per order.
We will use the delivery date to determine if the return request is within the 30 day window. DayChainz responds to all emails within 72 hours. If you do not hear back in that time frame, email us again.
Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label for it to be sent back to us. After receiving the product, we will process a refund on the card used to purchase the item.
**Return labels will be sent via email and must be printed out. If purchasing an item, you understand that if you want to return the item you must have access to a printer.
